Cancellation of registration is only possible in writen form to INTERPLAN AG.
If participation is cancelled by 27 August 2025, a cancellation fee of €50.00 will be charged. The remaining participation fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after 27 August 2025, the full amount is due.
Access to the conference premises is granted to scientific specialists; all other persons are prohibited from entering. The German Medicines Advertising Act stipulates that only members of the professional community (according to HWG § 2) may be granted access to the industry exhibition; in addition, restricted access to individual stands (according to HWG § 10) must be taken into account. For legal reasons, children are not permitted access. In exceptional cases, non-professional participants may be granted access at the invitation of the scientific organiser.
