Typically Hamburg

Franzbrötchen - delicious, sticky, sweet and only real with plenty of cinnamon, sugar and butter. Indispensable for Hanseatic breakfast.

Fritz-Kola - less sweet, authentic, sustainable cool alternative to the American original

Alster Swans - Since 1674 there has been the profession of swan father, who, among other things, looks after the rearing and care of orphaned young animals. By the way, insulting an Alster swan is forbidden by law. They are considered lucky charms of the Hanseatic city.
